Until the rain stops, with the power given to me as an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ (which doesn’t actually come w/power, but…), I hereby declare Oregon closed. All Oregonians should report immediately to PDX for flights to Mexico courtesy of the state’s rainy day fund (we do have one, right?).
