Yummy Mongolian BBQ located at 7339 NE MLK Blvd will be donating 100% of its sales to the family of Yashanee Vaughn on Saturday, July 23rd, 2011. The family will be holding a car wash as well. Portlanders have grieved with the Vaughn family as first their daughter disappeared and then as this week her remains were finally discovered. A website with additional information about Yashanee and her life and can be found here.
Contributions to help defray costs for the memorial service and other expenses incurred by the family can also be made at any U.S. Bank branch in the name of the Yashanee Vaughn Fund.
