Take Action:  Call 1-800-445-6937 between 7am and 11pm (EST), Monday through Saturday and 10am to 7pm (EST) on Sunday and politely share your concerns with a Customer Care Representatives and tell them why you won't shop at Lowe's this holiday season.  You can also e-mail.
